Kpop saved my life. A year ago, I was cutting and thinking about suicide. I discovered SHINee, and thought they were just some hot boys. Then I heard A-yo. I didn’t know what they were saying, but I was bawling. When I read the English, I was restored to myself. I haven’t cut myself since.

Tried listening to SHINee’s Obsession while looking at these. It is like my ladybits ceased to exist at that point.

I like that SM combined many of their best dancers together for this group. I also like that they finally listened to my prayers and did a sort of hardcore rock/dubstep/dance track. I really was jamming along the whole time. I was very taken with how they introduced Hyoyeon. I simply love her, and now that I have seen this, I love her even more.
The only thing I wasn’t so surprised to see was that they are obviously using the sort of fluid dance style of EXO. Don’t know if anyone else noticed this, but I saw a lot of the same hand movements and more liquid transitions. That’s not to say I don’t like the style of dance, it’s just that, to me, it seemed like they were playing on the strengths of Kai and Luhan, rather than integrating more of the popping and locking styles of the others. I think everyone danced amazingly, and the song was catchy, so I am glad I watched it.
